On May 4th, 2013, the ladies will hit the gridiron in an exciting powder puff football game! Teams will be comprised of some of best and brightest (and bravest) young women in Austin. The game is designed to bring the passion and spirit of young community leaders together to support Young Texans Against Cancer.
Established in 2001, YTAC is focused on raising funds for local research and support organizations in Texas, using its member base to increase awareness of volunteer organizations and helping to educate our community on cancer research.

Players: Think you have what it takes to score that winning touchdown? Players commit to attending a minimum number of practices and raising $500. Sign up for either team regardless of hair color and start tackling cancer today.
Coaches: Want a way to share your love of football? Coaches draw up plays, oversee practice, and ensure players’ safety during the game. Coaches commit to attending a minimum number of practices and raising $500. Sign up to coach the girls to victory!
Cheerleaders: Can’t commit to practices? You can still be an important part of the game! Sign up to cheer on your favorite team and help with the game day. Cheerleaders commit to raising $250.

Since its founding in 1997, Golfers Against Cancer has had one goal: to fund cancer research. Virtually all the money raised in GAC tournaments and events goes directly to cancer research organizations, including the CHRISTUS Stehlin Foundation.
